The case for shwarmas

I have always been of the opinion that Shwarmas are good for you. There are many people who disagree with me but let me set out my case:

They are grilled so therefore they are healthy (especially if you only eat chicken ones).
They contain salad which is good for you. I know this because athletes eat salad.
Tahina is good for you. I know this because it is a staple of vegan and vegetarian diets.
The bread is thin so you aren't eating too much stodge or nasty carbohydrates.

Personally I think that it is a pretty convincing case. I am currently researching a shwarma based diet plan for those who are interested. It will be along similar lines to that fat bloke who only ate subway for 2 years....
